For your own health, for your family, and for your oral health, choosing to quit smoking or using smokeless tobacco will be one of the best choices you ever make.
To help those of you who are experiencing some of the struggles of smoking cessation, we've searched the amazing internet and put together a guide of creative resources to help keep your resolution on track.
