Coronavirus (COVID-19) Info

Giving Excellent Care and Keeping You Safe During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic

As the mandatory stay-at-home order comes to an end, our team is diligently preparing to see you at our practice again. Our goal is to ensure your next visit is both safe and comfortable. Infection control is a top priority and we will be implementing new safety protocols from the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

You may notice some changes when it's time for your next appointment. These changes are to help protect both our patient and our staff. For example:

  • Our office will call you beforehand to ask some screening questions. We will ask these questions again when you arrive at our practice.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. Also, we ask that you wear a cloth mask or other face mask, per CDC guidelines, prior to entering the office. Your temperature will be taken prior to being seen with an infrared temporal thermometer.
  • Appointments will be staggered and spaced to allow for social distancing between patients and for infection control. That may mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
  • We will no longer have magazines or pillows in the waiting room, as these cannot be properly cleaned and disinfected.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you and every patient in our practice safe!
