A Collection of Good Oral Health Resources for Parents

Dec 7 • 2 minute read

A happy smiling kid.

The New Year is almost here. Can you believe how fast 2017 flew by? As we roll into 2018, many parents out there will be setting resolutions to improve things like their health, financial decision making, or habits. We'd like to challenge parents to also think about helping their kids use the New Year to establish some healthier routines. In this blog post, we're sharing our list of oral health resources to help create better practices and understand the importance of oral health.

A Tracking Chart for Brushing, Flossing, and Rinsing

This chart from dentalcare.com, a partnership between Crest and Oral-B, can help encourage better brushing, rinsing, and flossing habits. Stick it on the mirror and use it as a way for kids to track their progress.

Brushing Calendar

An alternative to the tracking chart, this cool weekly calendar from the American Dental Association can help your kids make sure they brush twice a day.
